Virginia Kennel Club dog handling class, featuring Clyde and See See
Thank you Michael, for taking these pics at class tonight. Michael has a German Shepherd too, so he knows how to get the right pose, picture, and video.
Having fun stacking and moving Clyde and See See
My friend Keith is learning to move and stack my GSDs, and he took some of these pics too. In the next two videos, you can sort of compare the gaiting of Clyde and See See. I’m planning on getting better video tomorrow at dog class.
Winston and the turtles
Winston went to Three Lakes Park today. There were a bunch of turtles basking in the sun on a log in the big lake. I tried to get a pic of Winston and turtles together, but they’re hard to see.
GSDs playing together
Winston, Clyde, and See See spend lots of time just playing. Sometimes with a toy or just each other. I could watch them all day. I love hearing them “talk” to each other and just observing their behavior.
Best of Opposite Sex!
Winston got Best of Opposite Sex today! He really looked good and I’m so proud of him. My friend Sandi took this pic for me. I will post official win pics when I get them.
Grooming at the show
Winston went Select today at the show! When we were prepping to go in the ring, my friend Sandi Flowers took these pics of us. Winston likes being groomed. He thinks he’s getting a massage.

It was major points today in dogs (the word ”dog” means male dog here), which was what he needed to finish his championship! (HeContinue reading “Cause for Celebration”
At the dog show
First of all, we did not win. Winston got reserve, and See See won her class, but we did not win points toward championship. When I’m in the ring with one dog, someone has to hold the other dog, or it’s waiting in a crate. So after I’m done showing, the dogs are very gladContinue reading “At the dog show”
